The application process for the Horizons Program is conducted by professionals who are currently working in the investment banking, investment management, and management consulting industries. Those individuals all have experience going through recruiting, working "on the job", and running hiring processes for companies. Their main criteria in the evaluation of applicants can be framed in one question: "How would we think about the application at my current/former employer?"

Admissions decisions are not made by current students, as Horizons aims to replicate ongoing resume review processes. all parts). Subject line and PDF file name should read Desired Guild_Full Name (ex: Finance_Jane Doe).
